STEPS inspires future generations of STEM talent by providing meaningful, fun, and practical insights into the world of engineering. Funded by the Department of Education and supported by industry leaders ARUP, ESB, Intel and Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), our programmes provide multiple opportunities for your organisation to get involved, thus inspiring children to explore the fascinating world of engineering.

We have twenty-five years of experience delivering a successful suite of programmes, and we have established relationships with stakeholders and passionate ‘experts’ in primary and secondary outreach. This is your opportunity to get involved with us, and support school children in their engineering journey.

My uncle was an engineer. It fascinated me from an early age and made me want to be an engineer too. His enthusiasm for his profession left a lasting legacy in my life and I want to do the same for the next generation. I have two girls at home so I feel it’s important to share all that is good about engineering.
