communicate effectively during project meetings, formal and informal
presentations using a range of communication and presentation skills, in order
to positively affect the outcome for all stakeholders.
This course is
highly participative, with relevant activities throughout the day.
Overview
This workshop
develops the participants’ skills in meetings, during informal presentations
such as project updates site meetings, toolbox talks and similar situations. It
improves their ability to project their organisation professionally and
credibly, to get their point across with authority and confidence and to
address client needs.
In addition, it
focuses on the ability to deal with questions and objections and
influence/persuade the audience towards making a positive decision during

deliver in the near future. This will ensure the learning is relevant and
practical for all participants.
