Engineering Your Future Virtual Work Experience

All secondary school students in Ireland can apply for the The STEPS Engineering Your Future Virtual Work experience in association with Springpod. 

This is an entirely free experience and it will run from 16th September 2024 to 19th January 2025. Students will be able to sign up from the end of August.

About the Springpod Engineering Your Future Virtual Work Experience:

  • The content is entirely online so you can take part at a time that suits you.
  • This programme will include reading, video and interactive content, as well as recorded webinars and activities.
  • The recorded webinars are all provided by Irish engineers.

This programme will give you an overview of the engineering industry before zoning in on mechanical, chemical, electrical and civil engineering. You'll explore specific areas within the industry and cover pathways, interactive activities and self-assessments.
