Join John Power, President of Engineers Ireland, as he delivers his Presidential Address on The Weirdness of Reality: Engineering in our time on Thursday, 29 September at 6:30pm.
From the Spanish Flu to the modern day and beyond, President Power will transport members and guests through the decades to demonstrate the impact engineering has had during his lifetime and will have on all of us in the future.
Throughout his Address, John will bring the world of engineering and its achievements to life for all to appreciate. He will demonstrate the great impact engineers and engineering has had on humanity and how Engineers Ireland and engineering will continue to be vital for future generations.
All members who wish to attend John Power's Presidential Address, whether in-person or online, are encouraged to register their attendance.
Refreshments will be served in Café Clyde from 6:00pm, prior to the Address commencing. Attendees are also invited to join our President in Café Clyde for refreshments following the Presidential Address.
