The National Market Surveillance Office has announced the FM Approvals Europe Ltd (FM Approvals – Notified Body 2809) certification withdrawal of: EN 13956:2012 Certificate 2809-CPR-M0026, 2809-CPR-M0083 and 2809-CPR-M0010 from Firestone Building Products Europe, Ikaroslaan 7, B-1930 Zaventem, Belgium.

- Certificate of conformity of the factory production control – 2809-CPR-M0026. Firestone RubberGardTM EPDM MAX (A 1.1mm (0.045inch) or 1.5mm (0.060inch) black reinforced polymeric sheet for roof waterproofing)
- Certificate of conformity of the factory production control – 2809-CPR-M0083. Firestone RubberGardTM EPDM MAX PT (A 1.5mm (0.060inch) black reinforced polymeric sheet with a factory applied 76mm (3inch) wide seam tape for roof waterproofing).
- Certificate of conformity of the factory production control – 2809-CPR-M0010. Firestone RubberGardTM EPDM FR (A 1.1mm (0.045inch) or 1.5mm (0.060inch) black polymeric sheet for roof waterproofing).
Although these products are not manufactured in the Republic of Ireland, it is important that you bring this to the attention of your members in the context of market surveillance as the products may now or in the future be on the Irish market.
