Roadbridge is excited to introduce the new branding for the company, as it progresses into its 51st year of operation.  "Sad and all as we are to leave behind a logo that has served us well for several years, the time has come for a fresh look and feel to the company to reflect our progressive approach to engineering," the company said. "The opportunities that a rebrand offered also gave us an opening to introduce several new initiatives and we decided to use this impetus to remind our workforce of the importance of working in a safe manner at all times, as well as improving our visual image. "Alongside this, we have also recently introduced a coloured helmet system with the new branding, consisting of four colours: White – Management; Black – Supervisors and Foremen; Blue – Machine Drivers and General Operatives; and Yellow – Visitors.  The selection of Black for Supervisors is also timed to overlap with a new training course called Site Supervisors Safety Programme (SSSP), which is being developed by the construction industry in conjunction with the CIF and is being endorsed by the Construction Safety Partnership. Although we have changed our look, we still believe in staying true to our basic beliefs, namely that our people come first, so we will continue to be an employer that people want to come and work for, while developing our loyal workforce in a safe and conscientious way.
