Abbey Seals Xpress is the manufacturing component of the business.  The state of the art machinery comprises of a CNC lathe for manufactured seals and an ‘Atom’ knife cutting table for gasket production.  Our skilled machine operators produce exceptional products using only the highest quality materials and enjoy creating bespoke pieces per customer requests. We operate a same-day turnaround on smaller orders which translates to our customers having a custom-made hydraulic seal the next day or that same day if they pop in to the Cork trade counter.  Bulk orders are processed with efficiency and also shipped nationwide or internationally.
