Training aim
This is a globally accredited professional certification for those involved in managing projects.
Delegates will learn the skills required to effectively handle and manage sustainability in projects and ensure that both the management of the project and the outcomes are sustainable.
Certified project managers will be required to take two modules (16 hrs)
Those seeking a first PM certification are required to take three modules (24 hrs)
On course completion delegates will sit the GPM-b exam administered by Green Project Management.
Exams are booked by delegates and taken online in their own time.
Learning objectives
Demonstrate an understanding of sustainability concepts and how they apply to project management.
Demonstrate an understanding of how to apply sustainability success criteria to the business case.
Apply the PRiSM methodology to plan, execute, and deliver projects in a sustainable way
Understand the basics of sustainable procurements.
Apply the P5 standard for sustainable projects and identify/assess sustainability risks and opportunities.

Communicate effectively about sustainability with project stakeholders.
Understand how to apply sustainability practices to projects

Manage their projects by utilising the P5 standard while maintaining a sustainability checklist at all times.

Achieve a stepping stone to moving on to specialist and masters’ levels of GPM
