Organisation profile
ePower supply easy-to-use, reliable electric vehicle charging solutions across the island of Ireland. Our goal is to ensure that no electric vehicle driver is left without power, allowing you to hit the road fully charged. We provide Charge Point services to allow owners to monetise their chargers and an easy-to-use platform for drivers to charge their electric cars.
Training aim
The course will build on the engineers existing knowledge of EV Charging hardware by adding the management layer.
Learning objectives
Following the course the engineers should be comfortable with what a Charge Point Operator or CPO does and the reason why a CPO becomes necessary. The engineer will be adept at specifying a software back end for the charging network, knowing what modules of the software are needed and knowing which ones the client will need. The course gives a solid overview of the CPO's services and how they interact with electrical engineer, Charger owner and end user.
