Course Overview
Thriving, not just surviving at work is more important than ever. Increasingly difficult when faced with the pace of change and demands placed on individuals and organisations. Self-awareness is recognised as an opportunity to maximise performance while promoting wellbeing.
Mental Toughness helps us understand how we think when faced with stress and challenges. Our level of sensitivity or toughness to these situations can explain for example, why some people are open to taking on new challenges and others more careful, why some will strive to reach their goals and others find it difficult to stay the course. Understanding where we lie on this spectrum helps us identify where we have an opportunity for development and where we can create ways of coping when the going gets tough.
Course Content
In this webinar we will:
- Gain an understanding of how mental toughness impacts our reaction to stress and challenges
- Identify how to maximise strengths regardless of level of sensitivity or toughness
- Develop coping mechanisms or development opportunities for teams and individuals promoting high performance and wellbeing.
- Highlight avenues for leaders to better understand teams and promote resilience and collaboration.
- Create a path to empowerment for thriving not just surviving
