AerCap, a global leader in aviation leasing with operations in Dublin and Shannon, has created more than 100 new highly skilled jobs in Ireland. These are high-end roles created across various disciplines including aircraft technical, legal, contracts management, finance and treasury and sales and marketing. Further increases are expected, the company said as it continues to expand its Irish operations which have become its commercial centre.

AerCap is the global leader in aircraft leasing with 1,300 owned and managed aircraft in its current fleet and a portfolio of 470 high-demand, fuel-efficient aircraft on order. Its aircraft are leased to 200 customers in 90 countries. The new Airbus A350 XWB, which has been flown into Dublin from Toulouse for the announcement, will form part of AerCap’s core fleet in the coming years and provide a platform for growth and shareholder enrichment.
