Megalift Ltd., the Irish-owned heavy lift equipment manufacturer, has today announced over 10 new jobs and a significant expansion of its operations. This new expansion is set to include a substantial 30,000 sq ft development alongside its existing manufacturing facility in Ballinode, Co Monaghan.
These newly created positions will include a diverse range of roles to include fabricators, fitters and design engineers. The new 30,000 sq ft facility at Megalift’s headquarters in Ballinode is key to the company’s growth to increase production to accommodate on-going global demand. This new space will also enable the company to have a dedicated R&D department. The jobs will be created over the next 12 months, and development on the facility is expected to commence in June.
