Engineers Ireland has recognised ESB's ongoing commitment to enhancing Continuing Professional Development (CPD), with the company being re-accredited to the Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Employer Standard for a further three years.

ESB’s CPD strategy is a critical enabler for maintaining and enhancing individual and collective competencies across diverse professional disciplines to meet the evolving demands of the energy industry.  

The CPD Strategy focuses on structured developmental conversations, transparent career frameworks, and active engagement with professional bodies. This approach promotes professional accreditation, fosters technical and behavioural competencies, and supports learning and development, aiming to attract and retain talent while driving innovation and sustainability.
