Program Management Information Services Ltd. has been providing project management related services to the Irish and International market since 2002. PMIS can cater for a diverse range of your company's Project Management requirements from the supply of Oracle Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software to its installation and implementation. It can also cater for bespoke training and mentoring in the systems it provides or in process training in all project elements.
Training aim
To understand the advanced resourcing techniques and improve ability to better define a resource loaded CPM schedule in Primavera P6.

Course outline
This 1-day course provides the student with advanced knowledge of Primavera’s P6 solution. Building off skills learned in the Introductory Course P6-001, the P6-002R course covers Advanced Resourcing techniques such as Resource & Role Analysis; Bucket Planning; Levelling Resources; Settings for Computing Activity & Resource Data and much more. Hands-on workshops enable students to apply skills learned throughout the course.

With over 30 years' experience in the programme/project management environment Raymond is a highly qualified expert Trainer, having trained and run standard and bespoke Project Management and related software classes for over 17 years. He has formal training in Primavera Project Management Software and is a Certified Authorised Trainer and Implementation Consultant for their products.
