As multidisciplinary Continuous Improvement specialists, Mark and the team use their previous corporate business management experience to deliver practical, hands-on Lean Sigma education, mentoring and consultancy to organisations. We provide the skills and tools to implement a structured approach to business improvement and operational excellence resulting in significant client savings.

Trainer's profile
Mark is a subject matter expert in Lean Sigma and a Master Black Belt practitioner. He specialises in mentoring organisations with a focus on developing continuous improvement environments using Lean Sigma.Mark graduated in 1986 from the University of Limerick with a B.Eng. in Production Engineering. Prior to setting up Stockil CI, Mark worked as Business Unit Manager in Moog, Corporate Supplier Engineering Manager in Logitech and held Engineering positions in both Apple and Western Digital.
