Mentoring programme evaluation

Mentoring programme evaluations are conducted for several purposes: to measure the effectiveness of the programme, improve the programme, and/or demonstrate that the investment in mentoring has been worthwhile. 

Evaluation is critical for making decisions about whether to continue, change, expand, or curtail the mentoring programme.

Engineers Ireland provides a full and comprehensive evaluation of your mentoring programme. This evaluation can be conducted at a programmes mid-point or the completion of a programme cycle.

It is suitable for the full range of mentoring programmes including established, new or relaunched initiatives.

The evaluation methodology is both quantitative and qualitative in nature and involves four elements with a comprehensive report supplied on completion of the evaluation process.
