Joining Murphy Surveys as project manager in 2015, Billy brings a wealth of national and international project management experience to the role of Operations Director. His primary focus is managing the operational effectiveness of the organisation, ensuring the appropriate resources and capabilities are in place to deliver projects and supporting the strategic growth path of the organisation. After completing a BEng (Hons.) in Civil Engineering, Billy worked on several energy generation projects in Ireland and in countries including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Latvia and Australia. During this time, he has developed his management capabilities while also completing an MSc in Project and Programme Management at the University of Limerick, one of only seven PMI GAC-accredited programmes in Europe.
