This programme provides learners with an awareness of the impact of critical incident stress on work performance and a knowledge of the possible psychological impact that exposure to a traumatic event may have plus mitigating measures in the workplace post incident.

The programme is designed to develop graduates who are equipped with in-depth knowledge, skills and competencies in supply management, management and business to enable them to make a contribution to the business community, in the region, nationally and internationally.

The programme is aimed at cross-skilling licenced aviation engineers by developing their aviation leasing expertise which will support the organisational need for a flexible and dynamic maintenance department. Ireland is a recognised leading hub in the aircraft leasing sector and this programme has been developed in conjunction with the aircraft leasing companies who have specifically identified these skills as those required to work in this sector.
Certificate in Work Measurement and Methods Engineering
Work measurement and methods engineering are long-established subjects that are highly valued, particularly, but not exclusively, in manufacturing industry. They deal with the skills of systematic recording and critical examination of existing and proposed way of performing work, as well as establishing standard times for completing prescribed tasks at a defined level of performance.
