We are delighted to share the news of the recent acquisition of Gavin and Doherty Geosolutions (GDG) by the Venterra Group, following the official launch of the group on October 28, 2021. 

GDG has grown from its inception in 2011 into a specialist engineering consultancy, with over 120 employees, and offices across Ireland, the UK and most recently, the Netherlands, each servicing a wide variety of industries with specialist high-end design expertise and engineering advice.

Venterra Group is an exciting new venture exploring synergies for the offshore wind sector. The group consists of offshore wind industry supply chain companies that can develop solutions for the renewable energy sector, with a focus on offshore wind.
