We cover a range of engineering services, which enables us to provide a very comprehensive package to our clients. Our services include process pipework design, fabrication and installation, mechanical maintenance, stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel fabrication. Our team of skilled and experienced welders are certified by Royal and Sun Alliance Engineering, TUV UK and Lloyds Register to BS EN 287, BS EN ISO 15614 and ASME IX for MAG and TIG processes. Welding procedures and qualifications are held for both carbon and stainless steels and we are also certified to CE1090 Class 2 standards for all structural steel projects. Currently Foltech employs 43 staff and look forward to growing this number in 2018. Our recent investment in a new HD Plasma machine and CNC brake press not only increases our capacity for works and but also gives us better flexibility and allows us to be commercially stronger in our day to day fabrication works. We carry out all our own in house fabrication drawings in 2D and 3D formats using Solidworks drawing package. This allow us to present 3D models in a very professional manner to our client before any project kicks off. Over the past years, Foltech has gained tremendous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working on projects large and small for some of the world's largest companies. We have a proven record on both safety and quality and we constantly strive to improve on all of our services as part of our ongoing continuous improvement plans. We have an in house, quality-management system and it is our plan to have ISO accreditation in 2018, as we believe this is an important certificate to highlight our commitment to providing a quality product. With over 10,000sq ft and a controlled division between our stainless and mild steel workshops we can execute high-end stainless fabrication and mild steel simultaneously, without risk of any cross contamination. We also manufacture CE-marked pressure vessels in accordance with European Directive 97/23/EC (the PED). All vessels are bespoke and are designed to meet customer specifications with independent design verification, inspection and certification by a notified body. Foltech is an up-and-coming engineering company with fresh approaches to projects and we are aiming to provide clients with a one-stop shop for engineering projects that matches our capacity. We endeavour to grow over the coming years with continuous investment in technology and work aids and coupled with the implementation of best practices while learning every day from experiences.
