Flexachem is open for business and we are taking calls and emails as normal, and all internal phone lines are redirected to mobile phones.
While our staff are busy working remotely behind the scenes to process the orders and maintain a steady flow, our store manager is shipping goods as normal.
Minimising disruption
All of our effort is going towards minimising disruption for our customers during this period and we want to reassure you that we are in constant communication with our suppliers and are obtaining regular feedback from them with regards all shipments.
We are using online tools such as ‘Skype’, ‘Webex’ and ‘Microsoft Teams’ to keep lines of communication open with both suppliers and customers. We will operate to our normal standards of customer care during this time.
