Produced in Athy, Co Kildare, Viriform is the only manufacturer of structural floor deck in Ireland. With a flooring range known as ‘ComFlor’, all orders are made to measure to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. A range of seven unique decks, based on Tata profiles design criteria, allows for efficient and effective design, each engineered for a particular application and delivery of optimum floor deck performance.

ComFlor® Deck Range

ComFlor® is specifically designed for rapid installation of flooring and to facilitate lower mass buildings with long clear span composite concrete floors. Large areas of ComFlor® can be easily craned into position and in excess of 400m2 can be laid by one team per day. With minimal mesh, fibre reinforcement or pumped concrete required, the completed floor can quickly follow.

ComFlor® allows for fully integrated composite action between steel deck and slab via shear studs and provides permanent formwork for the concrete slab. This relationship ensures a fully integrated composite action between steel and slab. When installed, ComFlor® composite floor deck also acts as a safe working platform for following trades.

The Deep Deck Range

Viriform also provide a range of deep deck composite flooring profiles. These decks are designed to cater for beams which have longer spans between them. The deeper decks require the use of end diaphragm, or scallop, pieces which ensure the structural integrity of the deck in the longer spans.
