Vartry Water Supply Project Major Upgrade
About the event
Irish Water is carrying out an upgrade to the Vartry Water Supply Project. Once completed, the upgrade will secure the long-term future of the water supply for 200,000 people in Wicklow and south Dublin and ensure it meets all drinking water standards.
The project includes a new link pipeline from Vartry to Callowhill; construction of a new water treatment plant at Varty; and the construction of a new covered reservoir at Stillorgan.
