About the event

In this presentation, Mark Stockil will explain the development of the Lean Sigma approach and speak to the benefits that it can bring to organisations.  He will also discuss how organisations may approach Lean Sigma in a practical manner. Finally, the presentation will conclude on the future of Lean Sigma.

About the speaker

Mark Stockil - Managing Director of Stockil Continuous Improvement
Mark is a subject matter expert in Lean Sigma and a Master Black Belt practitioner.  Over the last 30 years Mark has held a range of management positions in multinational organisations and has experience in a broad range of industries. He specialises in mentoring organisations with a focus on continuous improvement using the Lean Sigma approach. Mark believes that education is the core element in achieving a Lean Sigma environment in organisations. Mark and his team in Stockil Continuous Improvement work in partnership with CAMMS (Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Management Systems) in the Cork Institute of Technology to deliver QQI accredited Lean Sigma courses.
