About the event

Members and Non-Members are invited to attend a Presentation on Irish Water’s management of drought and the development of long term plans for our national water resources. The National Water Resource Plan will identify how Irish Water will provide a sustainable, secure and reliable water supply for now and into the future whilst safeguarding the environment.

On the night, our speakers will discuss Irish Water’s response to drought incidents and the long term plan to address the balance of supply and demand for our communities and businesses. Recent droughts and storms have impacted water supply in many areas and attendees will hear how Irish Water aim to improve the sustainability and reliability of drinking water services for everyone.
