Rogerson Reddan, Project Managers, Cost Managers and Procurement Specialists, are currently seeking a project manager with an engineering or construction management background to join their expanding PM team on site and office based projects across all sectors. The individual will need to demonstrate their ability/experience assisting in the management of sites/construction projects from a time scale, quality and commercial prospective. They must also be competent in Health & Safety, Programming Schedules, managing contractors, dealing with Clients and directing labour, as well as liaising directly with clients and project managing their requirements including management of project design teams.

The successful candidate will be initially be working under the supervision of a senior PM, but will be expected to quickly take on lead roles on our current project workload and future projects.  It is expected the successful candidate will develop his/her expertise with CPD and based either from our Dublin or Limerick offices act as lead PM for public and private clients on our expanding project workload.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • A 3rd Level Qualification in Construction Management / Engineering or similar
  • 5+ years experience including some site management experience
  • Demonstrate capacity for the successful delivery of projects both from a time scale and commercial prospective.
  • Ability to coordinate and record multiple site meeting with varying authorities
  • People management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Client facing skills
  • A good track record in the industry including references
  • Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
  • This is a full time permanent position
