This lecture will involve recently chartered engineers speaking about their experience in achieving the title of chartered engineer including the engineering practice report and interview.

About the speakers

Justine Butler Chartered Engineer, Chairman of the Young engineers society

Louise Connolly Chartered Engineer
2011 Chartered Engineer of the Year Louise Connolly is currently a consultant engineer in ESBI Engineering’s power plant department and works on Irish and international power plant and gas pipeline projects.  Louise won the award for her role in managing the development of a suitable routing for a 2.4 kilometre gas pipeline to connect a new 860MW CCGT power station to the UK national gas transmission system.

Louise will discuss her experience of the Chartered Engineer process and give tips for preparation of the engineering practice report, essays and interview.
