About the event

The Young Engineers Society is delighted to host the annual barbecue for young and student engineers. During the course of the evening, there will be a CV Clinic facilitated by Rose Farrell. The short sessions will be offered to help you improve your CV. Most people do not highlight their experience in their CV properly. Rose will show you how to write a CV that showcases your experience and skills to their best advantage and use it as a living document of your working life.

About the facilitator

Rose Farrell is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at nineDots - Technology Recruitment. She ended up in technical recruitment after realising it was the ideal place to utilise the devastating combination of being massively nerdy and a love of talking about technology.
In a previous life, she worked in the Natural History Museum in Dublin cataloguing animals - forming a taxonomy of technologies was easy after learning the entire animal kingdom in Latin! You can follow Rose at ¦ @rose_irl

This is a free event for members and young/student engineers interested in membership. Places are however limited, so pre-booking is essential. Please confirm your attendance using the link provided and indicate if you would like to take part in the CV clinic. Spaces are limited for the CV clinic and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
