European Young Engineers Autumn Conference – Malta - "Overcoming Limitations"
About the event
There is a common belief that the world is running out of natural resources. When a resource becomes scarce, the price associated with it will soar. This incentivises people to use less of it and develop new alternatives, hence the term “renewable resources”. Throughout history, one can see that the human mind has the ability to innovate and together with a free market economic system these two concepts can overcome limitations related to natural resources.
On the 19th, 20th and 21st of October the Maltese representatives of the European Young Engineers (EYE) association will host a conference in Malta entitled “Overcoming Limitations.” EYE is a European network of professionals and students founded back in 1995, with the aim to foster and develop personal and professional skills. It is a rapidly growing organisation which at present consists of 18 organisations and represents more than 150,000 young engineers in Europe.
In this conference, approximately 150 attendees will be able to inform themselves more about the theme, participate in workshops, industrial and cultural visits, presentations and the gala dinner.
