About the speaker:

Linda O’Neill, FCIPD, MBA, has over 20 years experience in business management, human resource management and coaching.Linda has held a number of senior positions in engineering and project-based organisations both in Ireland and abroad, including Group HR Manager for BAM Ireland.She has developed significant expertise in the area of performance management and human performance improvement, and has many years of experience in coaching engineers and managers. Linda is certified in behavioural and thinking style diagnostics and analysis.She also lectures in her spare time on the Project Management Diploma, Trinity College and the MBA Programme, IT Carlow.
