About the event

The last in our CPD series of four presentations on the topic of Facilities Management.

Ervia is the commercial semi-state multi-utility company responsible for the delivery of Ireland’s national gas and water infrastructure and services.  Over the past 10 years Ervia has developed an award winning facilities management team with systems and processes developed to support two national utilities in Gas Networks Ireland and Irish Water.

This presentation will provide an insight into how the Ervia Facilities Management Department has transformed over the last number of years and how, through significant organisational transformational change, it has adapted to meet the growing needs of the organisation and the workplace.

About the speaker

Dermot has over 12 years' experience in facilities and energy management, working principally in the pharma and utility sectors, both on the service delivery and on the client side.  He holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management and and MSc (Hons) in Energy Management.
