About the event

The objective of this event is to share experience of implementing structured problem solving techniques in industry.  A short overview of different problem solving techniques, with specific examples of the A3 and 6s projects will be presented.  This will be followed by a panel discussion on the typical challenges encountered when implementing a structured problem solving programme and suggestions on how best to implement a programme, based on the experience of the speakers.

The event will be hosted by Lufthansa Technique Turbine Shannon and will include speakers from Boston Scientific, Clonmel and DePuy Synthes in Cork. The event is not intended as a lecture, rather a knowledge sharing event based on our collective experience.  The event is limited to 30 people so you will need to book early.
