About the speakers
Stephen Flynn Chartered Engineer
Stephen is a Senior Engineer in the Roads Management Office of Donegal County Council.
David McIlwaine Chartered Engineer
David is Executive Engineer in the Letterkenny MD for the Roads and Housing Capital Section in Donegal County Council.
