About the event

This presentation will focus on giving an appreciation of the Port's track record in forward planning and delivery of major infrastructure to lead the response of the State need for efficient connectivity to the marketplace, for access to raw materials and distribution of finished product. It will also discuss projected trade growth and global shipping trends.

About the speakers

Henry Kingston - Port Engineering Manager, Port of Cork Company
Henry is a Marine Engineer who joined the Port of Cork Company in 2004 after a 12-year career as a sea going engineer, having served on a diverse range of vessels including ferries, super tankers, and cruise vessels.

Tim Murphy - Project and Development Engineer, Port of Cork Company
Tim is a Chartered Civil Engineer who joined the Port of Cork Company in 2015 following a 20-year career in the contracting industry, bringing particular expertise in civil and marine works to the Port Company.
