About the event

This lecture is the third in a series of four lectures by experienced professionals that will examine the regulations governing design and site requirements for safety in construction.

The lecture will explore the roles of PSCS, contractors and others on site in the provision of a safe place to work and the role of safety systems on projects of different sizes and scopes including construction, commissioning and ongoing modification.

About the speaker

Tim Mulhall is a Chartered Engineer with 18 years experience of project management on construction projects, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector.  He is Managing Director of Tandem, a consulting firm that specialises in project management and health and safety.  Tandem act as PSDP and PSCS, either independently or as part of their project management service and also provide training on the duties under the construction regulations.
