About the event

In this workshop, David Umstot will frame the compelling “why” the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry needs to improve. He will share current industry trends, what they mean, and how they can be leveraged for better performance. He will also share via his first-hand experience as an owner and coach, the challenges teams typically encounter on their Lean journeys and how to prepare for these and organise for success. He will also focus on the importance of organisational culture and leadership in achieving operational excellence.

This will be followed by a Q&A session where David will be on hand to answer any questions attendees may have on lean project delivery, lean tools, culture and leadership.
