About the event

This is a free course for young engineering professionals, kindly facilitated by Engineers Toastmasters.  The aim of the evening is to provide participants with the tools and skills needed to defend their interests and attain their goals in negotiation.  It is aimed at participants who wish to enhance their assertiveness skills and become more assertive  when dealing with other people and negotiating as part of their job.

About the speaker

Chris O’Byrne Chartered Engineer and Toastmaster.  Chris lectures in civil engineering at Institute of Technology, Carlow.

Admission is free but places are strictly limited to 16 members so pre-booking is required.  All bookings will be acknowledged.
