About the event

The Luas, Dublin’s light rail system, operates two lines in Dublin. The Green line opened in June 2004, with the Red Line opening in September that year.  Transdev has operated the Luas on behalf of Transport Infrastructure Ireland since commencement of operations in 2004. Growing from 22 million passengers in 2005, it transported 41.8 million passengers in 2018. This depot tour will give attendees an insight into the operation and maintenance of the Luas, including how the control room works, and an overview of the tram maintenance, including a walk through the maintenance and tram stabling area.
