A joint site visit between the Chemical and Process Engineering division, the MEETA society and IAM.


13:45 – Visitors arrive to site and gather in LOC Building training room 0117/0118

14:00 – Site Intro from Noel Heaney (General Manager)

14:15 – Visitors go for Site Tour in Utilities/Clean Utilities/MPCC (Multi-Product Cell Culture).

15:45 – Visitors return to LOC for refreshments

16:00 – Speakers from BMS

  • 16:00-16:30: Seán Kelly ‘Building Reliability into the Site DNA’
  • 16:30-17:00: Fiona Hegarty & Brian Casey Clean Utilities Overview/Optimisation (WFI Temp/Sanitisation Cycle Optimisation)

  • Hi-viz vest and safety glasses will be provided by BMS.
  • Parking is available on site.
  • Clean-room protocols apply - i.e. no make-up or jewellery please.
  • Please advise shoe size for cleanroom “booties” when booking your place.
