An interactive and challenging workshop of influencing stakeholders – in a safe learning space

Earning buy-in and approval from multiple parties (often with conflicting interests) is a frequent challenge in all businesses.

• Learn to better manage complex stakeholder negotiations within a risk-free environment
• Increase knowledge in the ‘soft’ skills of listening, influencing and building effective communication plans

Trainer's Learning Approach

The workshop is designed to be practical

  • Teams of three navigate the simulation together in-person, allowing them to verbalise, reflect and learn from decisions and outcomes
  • Develop interpersonal skills, preparing you to handle complex and demanding situations where there aren’t clear “right answers”.
  • Embrace this learning opportunity to make mistakes in an environment where errors do not negatively impact your organization or career.
  • Receive honest and immediate feedback about your actions, and interactions with others, with our live Feedback Reporting system – during and after the project
  • Learn through discovery, the most powerful learning experience, not dictation
