Seminar Overview

Buying a house is the biggest investment many people will ever make.  They are relying on engineers and allied professionals to protect them.  They need to be sure that the house is suitable, structurally sound and safe, and in a condition that it is easy to maintain and re-sell.

This seminar, delivered by seasoned professionals, will outline a process that will help pre-purchase advisors to enhance their competence in providing a professional service to their clients.

Seminar Aim

The aim of the session is to create an awareness of what is expected of engineers and other allied professionals when they are advising their clients before purchasing a dwelling.

The presenters will share their knowledge of how best to provide a quality service to house buyers and deliver the service in a way that protects both the house buyer and the advisor.
