This course is a practical look at the courtroom with emphasis on the role of the witness and tips on how to excel in the witness box. It will enable delegates to present evidence with confidence.
Overview
Our Expert Witness programme looks at the role of the Engineer in court. This interactive 1-day programme familiarises delegates with the process of giving evidence and how to handle difficult cross-examination with confidence.

Programme
The course is practical and interactive involving a mix of theory & interactive role-play with delegates getting a cross – examined on a case study related to their area of work. The morning will be spent going through cross examination techniques & how to respond to those techniques. The afternoon will be spent on interactive role-play.
